Waiting on Wednesday: Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

Waiting on Wednesday is a meme hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine, which spotlights upcoming releases we are eagerly anticipating.

(Coming September 2015)

Ketterdam: a bustling hub of international trade where anything can be had for the right price—and no one knows that better than criminal prodigy Kaz Brekker. Kaz is offered a chance at a deadly heist that could make him rich beyond his wildest dreams. But he can’t pull it off alone…

A convict with a thirst for revenge.

A sharpshooter who can’t walk away from a wager.

A runaway with a privileged past.

A spy known as the Wraith.

A Heartrender using her magic to survive the slums.

A thief with a gift for unlikely escapes.

Six dangerous outcasts. One impossible heist. Kaz’s crew is the only thing that might stand between the world and destruction—if they don’t kill each other first.

I loved the Grisha Trilogy and have been eagerly anticipating this spin-off book/series. A whole new cast of characters, exciting challeges, and a gorgeous cover!. I can’t wait to see what Leigh has in store for us with this new story.

What are you waiting on?

  1. This one is featured quite a lot today! Can’t wait for this one either–although I do have to finish the Grisha trilogy first, haha 😛 Great WoW pick!

  2. Aw, I can’t wait, I just can’t. I loved the Grisha-Books so much (Yes, I fell a little for the Darkling *sigh* Sorry.) Great pick.

And I’m seeing that you’re currently reading An Ember in the Ashes 😀 I’ve just finished that one. Let me know, what you thought about i!
